3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery within The US typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on your location.

Order processing time is 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We offer free shipping on all USA orders.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or peak-season congestion.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (including tracking details if available).
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CAD CONSUMER RIGHTS)
In accordance with the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA):

You may return full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been broken.

Items returned in worn or damaged condition.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes, system outages, or severe weather conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of California and the applicable federal laws of The United States of America.
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith resolution efforts. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of California, United States.
