1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, seasonal volume, or local delivery conditions.


2. FREE SHIPPING

4. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, external factors such as customs processing, bad weather, or logistical disruptions may occasionally cause delays. Hartley Daylesford is not responsible for such delays, but we appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • All orders are shipped from our international warehouse located in Asia.
  • Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. For orders above AUD $1,000, Australian customs duties and GST may apply in accordance with the Customs Act 1901 (Cth) and the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your package will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.


6. ORDER TRACKING

All shipped orders include a track & trace number. You'll receive this via email once your order has left our fulfilment centre. You can enter your tracking number on our website to view the latest delivery updates for your order.


7. SHIPPING DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
